Geoff founded Shive Supply Chain Solutions LLC in August 2015. He has over 40 years of experience leading people and teams in the CPG industry across all aspects of the supply chain. Geoff is skilled in project management as well as demand and supply planning, and has helped numerous companies improve their processes, and outcomes.
Since 2015 Geoff has consulted with multiple clients as diverse as a large family-owned wine manufacturer and a small fast-growing manufacturer of healthy food. He assists clients with implementation of S&OP, selection and implementation of planning software, and demand planning as a service. He has a broad understanding of the tools, software, and solutions that are available, and is uniquely positioned to assist clients as they go through the selection and implementation process.
Geoff is also an Adjunct Professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Prior to 2015 Geoff held various supply chain and engineering roles at Kellogg Company, Keebler Company, President Baking, and Nabisco.
Geoff maintains several current certifications including Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster, Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
