Geoff founded Shive Supply Chain Solutions LLC in August 2015. He has over 35 years of experience leading people and teams in the CPG industry across all aspects of the supply chain! Geoff is skilled in project management as well as demand and supply planning, and has helped numerous companies improve their processes, and outcomes!
In addition, Geoff is a business process expert, skilled at process mapping and identifying and implementing best practices for planning and forecasting. He has worked with multiple companies, from small private firms to large multi-national companies.
He has a broad understanding of the tools, software, and solutions that are available, and is uniquely positioned to assist clients as they go through the selection and implementation process.
Geoff maintains several current certifications including Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster, Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
